We recommend wearing form-fitting clothing. For Aerial Technique, we also recommend clothing that covers the underarms and the backs of the knees for comfort and safety while in the air. Leggings are ideal, as loose fabric behind the knees can make climbing difficult. That said, please wear what makes you feel most comfortable.
